We understand things happen, we still thank you for your support. 

Customers must update their shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order if needed. Little Nut Tree is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address. We will ship to the address entered for the order, so be sure to double check it is correct! Packages delivered to an incorrect address (when it is the customers fault) will not be eligible for a refund or offered replacements. 

 For everything else,

1) - Full product refund up to 15 days after the delivery date. Shipping costs will not be refunded

2) - Customer is responsible for Return Shipping Cost. We will provide a return label but the cost will be deducted from your product refund.

3) - If you purchased a Playset, the whole set with all items must be returned, individual items can not be returned.

4) - The product is like "Brand New" and not damaged.

5) - Product is in original packaging.
