My Country House

Building Toy

41 wooden blocks of assorted sizes and shapes come together to build this country house that comes along with a tree and a swing. It also includes 2 plushies - upper body of the tree and swing cushion, made from pure silk and cotton, that complete this set.

We have tried to create colours using different variety of woods. Like Beechwood, Pine and local timbers for darker shades. 

We have used locally produced Eri Silk also known as the peace silk. This fabric is made using handlooms and then it is dyed with home made dyes. Completely natural. 

We have used natural cotton as fillers in plushies.  

The entire idea is to delight the child. It has feel burst of joy assembling a toy which is hand made with so much love. 

Every time a child finishes with the assembly of a wonderful toy, it will experience great happiness. It will always seek to achieve similar satisfaction in all its games and tasks. It will stimulate the child to look for creative and innovative approach.

If we as friends can help instill such positivity in children it would lead to fantastic outcomes.
